Description

Filter-anthracite N is a form of carbon which is mainly used for multi-layer filtration of water, e.g. over filter sand.
 

The material is most often used in connection with fine filtration, filtration of iron and manganese as well as filtration of suspended solids and turbidity. The latter, for example, in connection with the filtration of microscopic algae from water reservoirs.
